I usually don't like too clear or too brighter photomanipulations.
The atmosphere is nice, I think the shadows are too dark, in comparison of the rest of image...

The girl's image, is too bright and she is looking to nowhere (maybe the fish?). She needs something more... A detail, a better dress or more flashy hair...
Still in the girl, the grass over her dress looks awesome.

About the background, the light on the grass and the river, is located on top right but the light on clouds is on the left.

The blur is too strong, and can be improved.
The fish splash don't match with the perspective of all.
